Responsibilities

• Ability to safely work around hot glass, sharp glass, and equipment
• Ability to safely follow all work instructions to meet all required production and quality standards of work
• Ability to stoop, bend at the waist, stand, and sit as needed to reach product while working (up to 12 hours)
• Ability to have full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers for manipulation of product and work equipment
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. on your own
• Able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly
• Able to stand on concrete for 12 hours or more
• Able to work mandatory overtime when required
• Safety conscious
• Able to read a metric ruler and other measuring devices
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Some manufacturing experience
• Ability to successfully complete the background check and pre-employment drug testing

Pay

• $20.50/hr
• $2 night shift differential
• Step progression after 6 months (eligible for annual merit pool)

Schedule

• 12-hour Night Shift: 6:45pm – 7:00am
• 12-hour Day Shift: 6:45am - 7:00pm
• Rotating schedule with every other weekend off on a 2-2-3 shift
