Responsibilities
- Ability to safely work around hot glass, sharp glass, and equipment
- Ability to safely follow all work instructions to meet all required production and quality standards of work
- Ability to stoop, bend at the waist, stand, and sit as needed to reach product while working (up to 12 hours)
- Ability to have full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers for manipulation of product and work equipment
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. on your own
- Able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly
- Able to stand on concrete for 12 hours or more
- Able to work mandatory overtime when required
- Safety conscious
- Able to read a metric ruler and other measuring devices
- Excellent communication skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Some manufacturing experience
- Ability to successfully complete the background check and pre-employment drug testing

Pay
- $20.50/hr
- $2 night shift differential
- Step progression after 6 months (eligible for annual merit pool)
Schedule
- 12-hour Night Shift: 6:45pm – 7:00am
- 12-hour Day Shift: 6:45am - 7:00pm
- Rotating schedule with every other weekend off on a 2-2-3 shift
