The impact you’ll make in this role
As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Observing all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Applying quality instructions & specifications
- Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met
- Loading/unloading material into & from equipment
- Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
- Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start OR 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role)
- Nice to have: Post-high school education, basic computer knowledge

Pay
The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.04 - $25.09/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
