Production Operator
About the role
Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs while maintaining overall efficiency. Adhering to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Planning or contributing to the unit's budget, allocating resources, and keeping manufacturing costs as planned.
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” according to U.S. federal law.
Responsibilities
- Executing, supervising, or managing manufacturing front-end processes as assigned, according to specified procedures, including:
- Preparation of wafers, components, or semi-products and monitoring related hand-stock.
- Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS programming, if required.
- Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers on repair issues.
- Executing tasks as ordered or explained and reporting any failures or dysfunctions to responsible employees or supervisors.
- Adhering to all work rules and EHS regulations applicable to assigned tasks.
