Production operator

About the role

Responsible for operating and monitoring multiple production workstations to manufacture quality parts according to SOPs, work instructions, and production schedules. Performs equipment setup, monitors machine performance, verifies product quality, labels materials and finished goods, and maintains a clean and safe 5S work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate up to five production workstations or cells.
• Set up equipment according to established work instructions.
• Monitor equipment and production processes for quality and performance.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Follow daily and weekly production schedules.
• Properly identify and label materials, WIP, components, and finished products.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Complete basic computer data entry and production documentation.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate production or quality issues.

Schedule

12‑Hour Rotating Shift 2/2/3: FEM1 1st shift 7am‑3pm, FEM2 2nd shift 3pm‑11pm.
