Responsibilities
- Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to product quality standards and procedures
- Work in a production environment assembling medical devices
- Interact effectively with all support groups and fellow employees
- Use excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions
- Use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery
- Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly
Qualifications
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas
- Experience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow other written or verbal instructions
- Mechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power tools
- Able to quality check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to rework
- Proven experience with safe production practices
- Stable work history
- Basic math required for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting parts
- Excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and quality
- Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions
