Production Operator

About the role

We’re looking for a full-time Production Operator to join our team in Texarkana, Texas. This position pays $20.13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involved in receiving, unpacking, inspecting, assembling, breakdown, reworking, packing out, and palletizing component parts and finished ammunition.
• Operate a forklift or tow motor after successfully completing required training.
• Perform cleanup of work areas.
• Follow written standard operating procedures and wear required personal protective safety equipment.
• Manufacture items in accordance with the latest drawings and specifications.
• May be assigned duties of another classification for up to 50% of any workweek, provided the employee has the knowledge and skill to perform them safely.

Requirements

• Good manual dexterity and general good physical condition.
• Ability to work with small parts.
• Reading skills at a level normally acquired through high school education.
• Must be able to lift 35–60 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Assembly line work experience preferred.
