Position Summary
Producing and processing medical components while following the procedures put in place that adhere to the standards put forth by the Quality Department and regulatory agencies.
Principal Responsibilities
- Operates and adjusts machine/equip/cell to SOP as trained including packaging and labeling products
- Understands and uses measuring equipment; calipers, micrometers, rulers, Instron, scales, counters, snap gauges, ring gauges, pins and other gauging following prescribed procedures to meet high quality specifications
- Documents process data and parameters as required by MP/GMP
- Identifies when process is out of spec and recognizes the need to notify Team Lead or Supervisor
- Reviews process documentation, makes corrections and signs off on production orders
- Follows QA procedures and requirements
- Follows safety procedures, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Follows manufacturing procedures
Education / Experience Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Basic math (addition, subtraction, and division)
- Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention detail
- Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Pay Range
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $20-29 per hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
