Responsibilities
- Commit to working safely and following all safety guidelines.
- Operate equipment efficiently and maintain a clean work area.
- Load and unload products for processing.
- Follow work instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Learn new skills and adapt to different roles as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to improve safety and performance.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of steady, documented work experience.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to wear required PPE and work in extreme temperatures.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, navigate catwalks, bend, and stoop.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
