Ferraro's Cook 4 - Full Time

About the Role

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Kitchen Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guests, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
• Breakdown, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service, ensuring all are polished and in good condition.

Requirements

• Minimum six months of culinary or related work experience.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean all equipment and utensils.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work a minimum of one station in an outlet.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.
• ServSafe certification (within 3 months of hire).

Schedule

Full-time schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. This is a physically active role.

Pay

Hourly rate: $32.67
