Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality food following standardized recipes and guidelines
  • Serve meals with correct portioning, appropriate temperatures, and appealing presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, adhere to safe food-handling procedures
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, assist in production planning, ordering, and record-keeping
  • Report maintenance issues and attend safety meetings
  • Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance per HACCP standards
  • Follow safety protocols, including proper use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques
  • Support team relationships and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in large-scale food production
  • Excellent knife skills, soup preparation, and equipment knowledge
  • Ability to follow recipes, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
