Federal Government Capture Manager, Strategic Pursuits - Government
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales plans to identify and prioritize must-win federal government contract opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prepare and present competitive proposals that align with government requirements
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key federal government agencies and support systems
- Analyze and escalate solution gaps to leadership to improve contract win potential
- Develop teaming arrangements with primes, integrators, and specialty partners to strengthen competitive position on priority government solicitations
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by aligning additional solutions with federal customer needs
Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 7-10 years experience in federal/SLED government capture management including pre-solicitation engagement, GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, IDIQ/GWAC vehicle strategy, and competitive solicitation win rate accountability (Preferred)

Pay Range
Base Pay Range: $120,500 - $217,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
Overland Park, KS base salary range: $131,200-$177,500
Frisco, TX base salary range: $139,200-$188,400
Bellevue, WA & Herndon, VA base salary range: $156,600-$211,900
Washington DC base salary range: $158,000-$213,700
