About the role

Responsible for the successful overall direction, administration, and coordination of all activities in their assigned area, in accordance with the policies and objectives established by the Retail Senior Manager. The ultimate objective is to provide maximum profit and return on investment in alignment with the company’s mission and objectives, while fully adhering to all operational policies and procedures.

Responsible for maintaining shift coverage and ensuring the standard for guest services is met to delight guests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two to four years of proven leadership experience.
• Minimum of two years of retail fuel experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Excellent communication skills.
