Payroll Tax Supervisor

About the role

This position requires a strong leadership presence. The candidate will support a team of 8-10 individuals handling a variety of complex tasks related to accurate tax return filing and ensuring compliance with tax agency rules and regulations for both processes and clients.

The individual will oversee and ensure the successful completion of current processes while also driving process improvement to streamline workflows and maintain high accuracy in task completion. An on-site presence is required to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnerships.
