About The Opportunity

Step into a high-impact role at the center of FCM’s platform evolution across the Americas. As a Technical Product Specialist, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of booking tool functionality, partnering with global teams to shape solutions that drive adoption and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage User Stories and business requirements for platform enhancements
  • Conduct end-to-end product review and testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose across Americas markets
  • Collaborate with local teams (US, Canada, Mexico) to capture market-specific requirements
  • Partner with Global Product Owners and development teams to prioritize work and allocate resources
  • Support deployment, launch planning, and change management activities
  • Deliver training and communication to support successful product adoption
  • Track and communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates to senior stakeholders
  • Manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder expectations across regions
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

Experience & Qualifications

  • Product management experience
  • Experience within FCM Americas business
  • GDS experience, specifically Sabre
  • Ability to write detailed requirements and user stories
  • Experience in end-to-end product testing and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
  • Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Senior-level experience (preferred)
