The Retail Program is designed for individuals who want to step into agency ownership with structured support, training, and growth opportunities.

Program Requirements

• Capital Requirement: Minimum of $100,000
• Background Check: Must meet satisfactory standards
• Licensing: Property, Casualty, Life & Health licenses required prior to full-time appointment
• Training: Completion of the University of Farmers® training program
• Office: Branded, fully equipped office location at time of appointment
• Staffing: Minimum of 2 licensed and appointed team members

Compensation & Benefits

• Contract Value: Build long-term economic interest in your agency
• Sellable Asset: Opportunity to sell service and commission rights
• Signed Bonus: $5,000 upon full-time appointment
• Exterior Branding Bonus: Up to $6,000 for approved office branding
• Monthly Lead Support: Up to $500/month in lead generation credits (based on qualifications)

Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities

• Reserve Program Bonus: One-time bonus based on net new business commissions
• Monthly Bonuses: Based on production and net new business (up to 3 years)
• Annual Bonuses: Based on 12-month performance and growth (up to 3 years)
• Additional bonus opportunities available for Life and Commercial production (subject to program maximums).
