Responsibilities
- Makes outbound calls, sends emails, and uses social media to connect with potential clients.
- Qualifies leads by understanding their insurance needs.
- Sets high-quality appointments for our licensed insurance agents.
- Maintains accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Mets or exceeds daily/weekly targets for calls, conversations, and appointments.
- Stays up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends.
- Works closely with the sales team to continuously improve lead conversion.
Requirements
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred (not required).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and resilience.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive drive.
- Comfortable making 100-200+ outbound calls per day.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Coachable and willing to follow proven sales processes.
- No need for an insurance license to start (we can help you get licensed).
