We are seeking a Functional Family Therapist to deliver evidence-based family interventions aimed at youth and their families. Responsibilities Include Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.Providing in-home visits and therapy sessions to support family dynamics.Maintaining accurate case documentation and monitoring treatment outcomes.Connecting families with relevant community resources to enhance support.Utilizing a hybrid approach that involves remote case management and travel for in-person visits. Qualifications And Skills Experience in family therapy, mental health, or related fields.Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and travel as needed.Knowledge of community resources and evidence-based interventions.
