Family Therapist

Monte Nido Clementine programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction in West Linn, Oregon.

About the role

We are seeking Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams, which include nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to help clients achieve healing.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
• Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
• Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
• Providing safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
• OR license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

Pay

Up to $90,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus of $5,000 or relocation assistance of $10,000.
