About the role
Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to adolescents with eating disorders and related issues. Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers to coordinate care. Manage interactions with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management. Participate in discharge planning and aftercare strategies. Offer therapeutic meal support, modeling healthy food relationships. Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care respecting clients’ diverse identities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related field, or relevant license (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
- Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is advantageous.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
