Family Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy within a multidisciplinary residential treatment team for adolescents with eating disorders and exercise addiction
• Liaise with families and outpatient providers to coordinate care
• Manage insurance interactions and documentation
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
• Deliver therapeutic meal support
• Provide empathetic, culturally sensitive care tailored to clients’ diverse identities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or a related field, or active licensure (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
• Prior experience with eating disorders preferred
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices preferred

Skills

• Strong therapeutic skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of insurance processes
• Cultural competence

Pay

Up to $90,000 annually, with sign-on or relocation bonuses available
