Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy within a multidisciplinary residential treatment team for adolescents with eating disorders and exercise addiction
- Liaise with families and outpatient providers to coordinate care
- Manage insurance interactions and documentation
- Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
- Deliver therapeutic meal support
- Provide empathetic, culturally sensitive care tailored to clients’ diverse identities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in clinical counseling or a related field, or active licensure (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Prior experience with eating disorders preferred
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices preferred
Skills
- Strong therapeutic skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of insurance processes
- Cultural competence
Pay
Up to $90,000 annually, with sign-on or relocation bonuses available
