Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and assessment of diagnostic findings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for new and established patients with neuropathy, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging studies, and laboratory work as clinically appropriate
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes, and home-care recommendations
- Provide ongoing follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation and patient records
- Support clinical operations and work closely with medical assistants, therapists, and administrative staff
- Serve as a trusted resource for patients, helping them navigate their treatment plans and achieve their health and wellness goals
Requirements
- Active Virginia PA or NP License
- Active DEA License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Musculoskeletal or pain management experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
