Responsibilities

• Offer ongoing coverage

Requirements

• Comfortable caring for patients with multiple chronic conditions
• Experience in rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare settings

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant in Arizona
• Experience in providing care for patients with multiple chronic conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
