Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Goshen Physicians is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their team. This is a full-time position with shared call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care for patients presenting with acute symptoms and/or minor injuries, whether they arrive with or without an appointment.
• See patient overflow when physician schedules are full.
• Not maintain an ongoing patient panel but can schedule chronic follow-up visits and wellness exams when a physician is out of the office for PTO or FMLA.

Requirements

• Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach are essential for success in this position.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced practice provider credentials.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
