Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in clinic and telehealth settings, meeting volume targets.
- Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient services.
- Conduct medical history reviews, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and order diagnostics.
- Implement clinical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations, including HIPAA.
- Engage with clinical leadership and support new employee onboarding.
- Promote a respectful, team-oriented environment.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain professional development through mandatory training.
- Perform duties within standard Nurse Practitioner protocols, including on-call responsibilities for certain levels.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Active nursing license with DEA certification; DOT certification required within 120 days of hire.
- 1-2 years of relevant provider experience preferred; additional experience valued.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in virtual channels.
