Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in clinic and telehealth settings, meeting volume targets.
• Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient services.
• Conduct medical history reviews, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and order diagnostics.
• Implement clinical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations, including HIPAA.
• Engage with clinical leadership and support new employee onboarding.
• Promote a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain professional development through mandatory training.
• Perform duties within standard Nurse Practitioner protocols, including on-call responsibilities for certain levels.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Active nursing license with DEA certification; DOT certification required within 120 days of hire.
• 1-2 years of relevant provider experience preferred; additional experience valued.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in virtual channels.
