About the Role

The Family Nurse Practitioner-Float delivers high-quality healthcare within clinical and virtual settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities

• Provide care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
• Lead and guide clinical staff, ensuring quality service.
• Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and diagnose conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Participate in team communication, training, and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and organizational standards.
• Support new employee onboarding and ongoing training.
• Perform on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with active licensure and DEA registration.
• 1-2 years of relevant healthcare experience, preferably in urgent care, occupational medicine, or family practice.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages; DOT certification within 120 days if applicable.

Skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with telehealth is preferred.
