Role Overview The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare in both clinical and virtual settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. They lead clinic staff, review patient histories, diagnose, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA. The FNP must work efficiently in fast-paced environments, manage patient follow-ups, and contribute to continuous improvement of patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide quality care in person and via telehealth, meeting patient volume goals.Lead and guide clinic staff to deliver excellent patient service.Perform assessments, develop diagnoses, and recommend treatments.Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications responsibly.Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards.Engage in team communication, training, and community outreach activities.Maintain licensure, certifications, and adhere to clinical protocols.Support a positive, respectful work environment and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and active licensure with DEA. 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred. Ability to treat all ages and obtain DOT certification within 120 days. Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills. Preferred experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or emergency settings. This role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centric care, and continuous professional development within a supportive environment.
