Job Summary

As our Family Medicine Faculty Physician, you will deliver exceptional primary care in an outpatient-only setting within our Paradise Valley Clinic in Phoenix. In this role, you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and expert care to patients
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families
• Provide teaching opportunities for medical students, physician assistant students, and other learners
• Participate in both sponsor and investigator-initiated research projects

Requirements

• Board-eligible/Board-certified in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona
• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
• A passion for providing clinically excellent care
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

Pay

$235,000 - $275,000/year

Schedule

Outpatient only: Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends

Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular days

Call is 1:8 or 936 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours

Avg 18-24 patients per day
