As our Family Medicine Physician you will deliver exceptional primary care in an outpatient-only setting within our Peppertree Clinic in Phoenix. This role offers unparalleled work-life balance within a supportive Dignity Health Medical Group environment.
In this role, you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of your patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician. You will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and have a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. You will exhibit effective communication skills and thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
- Outpatient only
- Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends
- Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
- Call is 1:8 or 9
- Avg 18-24 patients per day
- Social worker onsite
- Access to Clinical Pharmacist
- Excellent Behavioral Health resources
- Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix—Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
- Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners

Job Requirements
- Board-eligible/Board-certified in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona
- MD or DO Degree
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
