Family Medicine Faculty Physician
About the role
Community hospital; unopposed program
Established residency program with 7 core faculty physicians
Oversight of outpatient primary care, office procedures, precepting, didactic teaching, and resident mentoring
70% teaching/administrative time and 30% clinical practice
Full-spectrum family medicine care, including inpatient medicine and obstetric skills
Interest in geriatric care is desired but not required
Responsibilities

Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Proficiency in inpatient medicine and obstetrics is required
Passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians
Interest or experience in curriculum development and program growth is a plus
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Completion of ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency program
Current medical license to practice medicine in New Mexico
