Family Medicine DNP - Locum Tenens Coverage

This role involves providing outpatient and urgent care services in a correctional facility setting. Deliver primary care to adult patients within a secure clinical environment, managing both chronic and acute conditions.Perform urgent care procedures, handle a caseload of 10-15 patients daily, and work collaboratively with support staff including nurses, paramedics, and EMTs.Prescriptive authority and relevant licenses, DEA registration, and ACLS certification are required; board certification is negotiable.Work weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for four 10-hour shifts.Key responsibilities include managing chronic conditions, providing urgent care, and ensuring quality patient outcomes in a correctional healthcare setting. Ideal candidates should possess strong clinical skills, adaptability to correctional health protocols, and the ability to manage diverse patient needs in a structured outpatient environment.
