About the role

We are currently seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to apply their expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on family law and have the ability to handle a high-volume caseload. Areas of practice include but are not limited to divorce law, child custody, negotiation, mediation, and courtroom representation.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in all stages of family law proceedings, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and support issues.
• Conducting legal research and drafting complex family law litigation documents.
• Negotiating and mediating on behalf of clients to resolve their legal disputes amicably and cost-effectively.
• Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights and obligations under the law.
• Preparing and presenting cases in court, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Developing case strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Keeping clients informed about their case and maintaining regular contact with them.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of family law experience, specifically in areas of divorce law, child custody, negotiation, mediation, and courtroom representation.
• Active membership in the state bar association.
• A proven track record of success in family law litigation.
• Exceptional negotiation and mediation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pay

$90,000 - $140,000 per year
