Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide legal advice and guidance on family law matters
- Conduct legal research and analyze case strategies
- Collaborate with clients and internal team members to achieve favorable outcomes
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey
- 2-8 years of family law experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of family law and related legal issues
- Experience with motions, depositions, and legal research
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
