Responsibilities

• Advises and communicates with clients through meetings, calls, and email
• Drafts and reviews pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal memoranda
• Conducts legal research and case analysis
• Prepares Marital Balance Sheets and organizes case strategy
• Manages litigation matters and ensures all deadlines are met
• Prepares for and attends mediations, hearings, and trials
• Advocates effectively for clients in contested family law matters

Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law litigation experience
• Active Georgia Bar license required
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Able to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment
• Career-oriented, client-focused, and highly organized professional
