Family Law Attorney

About the role

The successful candidate will provide legal representation to fathers in various family law matters, including divorce, custody, paternity, child support, and CPS defense. This position requires a deep understanding of family law principles and a strong commitment to advocating for fathers' rights.

Responsibilities

• Represent fathers in family court proceedings
• Prepare and present cases in both trial and appellate courts
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement legal strategies
• Provide guidance on child custody, visitation, and support issues
• Assist in the defense of fathers in CPS cases

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar Association
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Qualifications

• Strong background in family law
• Experience with child custody and support matters
• Knowledge of Oklahoma family law statutes and case law
