Responsibilities

• 4+ years family law legal experience in private firm setting; client advice/counsel across family law issues; judicial officer appearances, mediations, discovery, pleadings, financial disclosures, expert work, settlement negotiations, hearings, trials; complex financial issues, custody, domestic violence; independent client matter handling.
• 2-4 years practicing family law attorney experience; hands-on California family law foundation; complex divorce, property division, custody disputes, prenuptial agreements; associate-level family law work with upward mobility and no collections/admin expectations.
• 10+ years exclusively California family law; complex high-net-worth matters including large estates, multi-business divorces, and crypto asset division; active origination/book of business; sophisticated client representation; fully supported practice with admin/marketing handled by firm.

Requirements

• Family law experience
• Comfortable with sensitive client-facing matters
• Strong writing, negotiation, and litigation judgment
• Admitted in California or eligible as required
• Senior-level experience and client-development ability for partner roles
