About the role

These opportunities are focused on family law, divorce, custody, support, high-net-worth domestic relations, client counseling, negotiation, litigation, and partner-level family law practice development. Candidates must have family law experience, be comfortable with sensitive client-facing matters, have strong writing, negotiation, and litigation judgment, and be admitted in California or eligible as required. For partner roles, candidates must have senior-level experience and client-development ability.

Responsibilities

• Client advice/counsel across family law issues
• Judicial officer appearances, mediations, discovery, pleadings, financial disclosures, expert work, settlement negotiations, hearings, trials
• Complex financial issues, custody, domestic violence
• Independent client matter handling
• Hands-on California family law foundation
• Complex divorce, property division, custody disputes, prenuptial agreements
• Active origination/book of business
• Sophisticated client representation

Requirements

• 4+ years family law legal experience in private firm setting
• 2-4 years practicing family law attorney experience
• 10+ years exclusively California family law

Qualifications

• Strong writing, negotiation, and litigation judgment
• Admitted in California or eligible as required
• Senior-level experience and client-development ability for partner roles

Pay

• $175K-$225K base salary
• $140K-$180K base salary
• $300K+ base salary
