The firm provides sophisticated, strategic representation to clients navigating complex and often high-stakes family law matters, with a particular focus on high-net-worth divorce and financially complex cases. The firm combines the resources and legal knowledge of a larger practice with the personalized client service of a boutique firm. Its attorneys handle matters involving divorce, property division, child custody, child and spousal support, legal separation, paternity, parental rights, and premarital agreements.

Responsibilities
- Manage family law matters from inception through resolution, including negotiation and litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Represent clients in hearings, conferences, mediations, and other proceedings.
- Analyze complex financial issues, including business interests, real estate, investments, and asset division.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active membership in the California Bar in good standing.
- 1+ years of Family Law experience.
- Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Experience with high-net-worth or financially complex family law matters is highly valued.
Pay
$130,000 - $200,000 per year
