Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health field required.
- Current state licensure (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDC, or LMFT).
- Knowledge of addiction and family systems theory.
- Experience delivering evidence based programs in a home setting.
- One year of related experience/training in youth services, community programs, or program development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer knowledge is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
Summary of Position
Family Coordinator promotes coordination and integration of family-centered care to ensure participation and involvement of the entire family. In addition, this position provides substance use counseling to participants and Family Support Network, counseling to parents/caregivers. This position will be responsible for administering and scoring screening and evaluation tools required by the project.
Salary Range
$48,000 - $52,806 annually
