Family Care Coordinator - Chattanooga
About the role
Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Family Care Coordinator to join our team and save lives through organ donation. This role involves working with organ donor families, hospital personnel, physicians, and other TDS team members to facilitate the donation process. Family Care Coordinators (FCCs) support and educate the potential donor’s next-of-kin regarding donation options. They assess family dynamics and understanding of the patient’s prognosis to aid in the donation process, acting as both an advocate for donation and a resource to the donor’s family.
