Role Overview This position supports low-income families by providing culturally relevant, strength-based services such as education, advocacy, case management, and resource linkage. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement outreach strategies and coordinate services with community partners.Conduct intake, assessments, and develop service plans collaboratively with families.Provide case management for 13-15 families annually, supporting their goals and needs.Assist families in accessing community resources, monitor progress, and facilitate referrals.Offer individual and group support, including workshops and support groups, both in-person and virtually.Attend meetings, facilitate outreach, and maintain documentation and data records.Collaborate with mental health professionals and participate in training for professional growth.Promote a positive work environment, demonstrate professionalism, and adhere to confidentiality standards. Qualifications & Skills BA in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.One year of case management or related experience.Experience working with Latino immigrant populations and facilitation of workshops or support groups.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).Ability to work evenings and weekends, travel as needed, and pass background and health clearances.
