Role Overview: Support families and visitors by providing timely patient status updates, assisting with wayfinding, and coordinating resources. Communicate effectively with surgical teams, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations, and maintain accurate tracking systems. Responsibilities: Update families on patient status, support their needs, assist with navigation, and coordinate additional resources such as chaplain services, social workers, and safety escorts. Maintain communication with staff via phone and uphold professional behavior aligned with organizational values.Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or ongoing pursuit, strong organizational and leadership skills, customer service experience in healthcare preferred, fluent English, multicultural sensitivity, basic computer skills, and critical thinking abilities.Other Requirements: Ability to operate standard equipment and demonstrate professionalism in a dynamic environment.
