About the role

Support families and visitors by providing timely patient status updates, assisting with wayfinding, and coordinating resources. Communicate effectively with surgical teams, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations, and maintain accurate tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Update families on patient status
• Support visitor needs and assist with navigation
• Coordinate additional resources such as chaplain services, social workers, and safety escorts
• Maintain communication with staff via phone
• Uphold professional behavior aligned with organizational values

Requirements

• High school diploma or ongoing pursuit
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Customer service experience in healthcare preferred
• Fluent English
• Multicultural sensitivity
• Basic computer skills
• Critical thinking abilities
• Ability to operate standard equipment
• Demonstrate professionalism in a dynamic environment
