Fall 2026 Management Trainee Intern- Albany and East Greenbush, NY

About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship offers real-world professional experience to university/college students, helping them stand out on their resumes and gain valuable business and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals.
• Work in a team-based environment with peers providing support and guidance.
• Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management.
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers.
• Have the opportunity to develop skills such as managing a fleet of vehicles, customer care, marketing strategies, and building relationships.
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026.
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Aside from religious observation, must be available to work a minimum number of 40 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license.

Benefits

• Temporary part-time position during the fall of 2026.
• Hourly rate of pay of $18 per hour.
• Eligible applicants will be available to work 15-25 hours per week schedule within our hours of operation from September 15, 2026 - December 10, 2026.
