Fall 2026 Management Trainee Intern | Bronx, NY

This internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you’ll learn to run a successful business and develop highly marketable management skills in a team-based environment. The role mirrors the challenges faced by first and second-year full-time professionals, offering hands-on experience and peer support.

About the role

This position is located at one of our offices within Bronx, NY. Interns will take on diverse, dynamic responsibilities and engage in projects and friendly competition with peers. Performance incentives and employee referral rewards may also be available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and provide customer care.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in team-based challenges.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license (ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential).
• Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week during normal business hours (excluding religious observations).
• Must live within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) to the Bronx, NY location within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.

Pay

$19.50 per hour.
