For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd. From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Use learned skills to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, with an anticipated graduation of December 2026.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license (ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential).
- Must be available to work 25 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours (aside from religious observation).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be living within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
Pay
Starting rate of pay is $19.50 per hour.
Schedule
- Part-time (25 hours per week).
- Flexible schedules available.
- Internship runs from September 2026 to December 2026.
