Fall 2026 Management Trainee Intern | Long Island

This role will be located at one of our 30+ offices on Long Island.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Use learned skills to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Develop marketing strategies.
• May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, with an anticipated graduation of December 2026.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license (ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential).
• Must be available to work 25 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours (aside from religious observation).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Pay

Starting rate of pay is $19.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Part-time (25 hours per week).
• Flexible schedules available.
• Internship runs from September 2026 to December 2026.
