About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship will provide valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Take on challenges similar to those faced by first and second year full-time professionals
• Work in a team-based environment with support from peers
• Develop skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential
• Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week within normal Enterprise business hours
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English

Pay

$19.50 / hour

Schedule

This internship will take place during the Fall of 2026 and will be a part-time position.
