Fall 2026 Management Trainee Intern- Orange County, NY

About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship will provide real-world professional experience to university/college students, helping them stand out and gain valuable business and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
• Work in a team-based environment with support from peers
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be available to work a minimum number of 40 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license

Benefits

• Temporary part-time position during the fall of 2026
• Hourly rate of pay of $19.50 / hour
• Eligible to work 15-25 hours per week schedule within our hours of operation from September 15, 2026 - December 10, 2026
