About the role

Hazard Community & Technical College is seeking applicants for two Nursing Instructor positions. This role involves teaching college-level credit courses in the Practical Nursing Diploma and Associate Degree Nursing programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and prepare learning materials for courses each semester in accordance with approved curriculum.
• Use technology and learning management systems to support instruction.
• Complete instructional support processes such as syllabi development, course assessments, early interventions, and class organization.
• Participate in professional development and college/department meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least three years of experience working as a Nurse.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Some teaching experience desired.
