Essential Functions
- Facultymembership recruitment and hiring
- Processes faculty separations through University enterprise system (PittWorx)
- Maintains electronic faculty personnel records (Perceptive Content)
- Provides payroll backup support for new hires
- Utilizes tracking system for all new hires and termination actions
- Affords administrative and operational support
Physical Effort
- Primarily sedentary work performed on a computer for extended periods of time
- Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone/headset
- Regular participation in virtual meetings via video conferencing platforms, as well as occasional in person meetings
- Occasional standing, walking, or movement within the office environment
- Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods
- Minimal lifting required; may occasionally lift or carry items such as files, documents, or office supplies, not to exceed 10 pounds
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: Combination of On-Campus and Remote work as determined by the department.
