About the role

The Faculty Affairs Program Manager coordinates faculty affairs operations for the Department of Internal Medicine, one of the largest departments within University of Utah Health. Supporting approximately 500 faculty members across 12 divisions, this position manages faculty lifecycle activities, including appointments, reappointments, track changes, onboarding coordination, faculty review processes, and maintenance of official faculty records. Working collaboratively with other Faculty Affairs team members, this position provides operational support across the full faculty lifecycle and serves as a shared resource for faculty recruitment, appointments, reviews, promotions,
