Facility Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Makes sure all key compliance deadlines, like 10-day drum transfer requirements, are met consistently.
• Communicates with management about DOT compliance and operational issues affecting business continuity, and coordinates with Corporate and National Logistics on carrier scheduling and equipment needs.
• Maintains Truck-to-Truck systems and logs using Microsoft Outlook, Power Suite, and related databases to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Works closely with facility personnel to resolve rejected drums or compliance issues, reports leaks or releases to Health & Safety or Compliance Managers, and ensures DOT exemptions are applied before shipment.
• Performs hands-on forklift operations to offload, palletize, and reload materials, inspects outbound containers, and maintains a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ Years of related experience preferred.
• Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required).
• Ability to use computer.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Pay

Pay: $25/hr to $27/hr.

Schedule

Shift: Day shift (8:00am - 4:30pm)

About the Role

The Truck-to-Truck Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of drum transfers, compliance paperwork, and the safe movement of materials. This position ensures that all DOT and environmental regulations are followed, key compliance deadlines are met, and that facility operations run smoothly. The Supervisor provides hands-on leadership, ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient Truck-to-Truck (TTT) operations while maintaining strong communication with management, logistics, and safety teams.
